What it takes to join Trust Susu.
Read this before you join any group. We hold every member to the same standard, and that is exactly what keeps the system fair.
Three requirements
1A valid Ghana CardFront and back, uploaded once in the app. It confirms your identity and is required before any pickup is released to you.
2The join depositPaid before you are admitted. It is not a fee: it counts as your first contribution, so day 1 is already covered when the group starts.
3CommitmentPay before 6pm on every due day, follow the admin team's instructions, and stay to the end. Defaulting affects everyone else.
Notice to every participant
Once rules are set they are enforced the same way for everyone.
- Be sure of your selection. We do not entertain excuses once commitments are made.
- Pay by 6pm Accra time on the due date. Anything after 6pm counts as late.
- Slots are assigned automatically when the group starts, not when you join.
- Late after 6pm moves your slot back 3 places. Extending payments is not allowed.
- Once a payment is made it is non-refundable: deposit, contributions, everything.
- Repeat defaulters are removed and replaced so the group can continue.
